Excellent care for what needs that needed to be met.. I highly recommend this place it’s worth the drive. Consider I’m from hermiston ore hour and half away .. I feel so much better and the environment absolutely kind .. thank you state line.

Unfortunately I would give this place 0 Stars if that was an option, and I haven't even had the opportunity to be seen by them. I'm a little disappointed because I have heard nothing but good things about the chiropractors here. I was scheduled for a 10:30 appointment, I was on time and checked in, and then sat there for over an hour without being seen, without an explanation for the outrageous wait time. I watched as another person came in, and the receptionist commented on how he was early (this was at 11:00) and he was in and out as I was still waiting. Doesn't quite make sense to me seeing as how his appointment was clearly scheduled for a later time than mine. When I finally walked up to the desk and asked if they could reschedule me for a time they can actually see me, the receptionist looked surprised as I'd she had forgotten I was there. And then followed with an excuse of they're really busy today. I get people get busy, which is why I made an appointment. Not sure why my time isn't as important, as if my day is not busy as well, but this was something I had really hoped would make me feel better and instead I'm still in pain and half my morning is wasted. Hopefully I can give a better review on Friday, if they bother making the time for me at that scheduled appointment, but after today I'm not going to hold my breath. Another thing I can't help but wonder is if my tattoos had anything to do with the way I was treated. I hate to think people would be so close minded in an age where tattoos are starting to be so widely accepted, but I just have that nagging feeling that for whatever reason I didn't fit the profile of their normal clients and that is why I didn't get the same amazing service I hear so many people have there.
